Excellent service and Karen Smith was a true professional.
We recently sold our house through Nicol and Co and found the service they provided was excellent. Karen Smith in particular was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It could have been very stressful but she helped to keep us informed and was very efficient. We would recommend Nicol and Co to anyone thinking of selling their house and this is because of the service we received, particularly by Karen.

Professional, pro active approach
Karen has renewed my faith in estate agents. She has a very friendly and professional approach., She worked hard to find buyers for my property and kept me informed at each stage of the process, always responding quickly to any queries or issues I raised.. An agent to be thoroughly recommended.

Professional and Motivated
Selling a house that has been your family home for more than 20 years is going to be stressful and present challenges along the way - our experience was no different! However, we have been immensely impressed and sincerely grateful to have had Karen's professionalism, determination and ongoing support guiding us through to a successful sale. We also appreciate, and value the robust and honest conversations we've had with Karen (not forgetting John).. It must be tempting for estate agents to tell you simply what you want to hear, rather than engage in dialogue that may be difficult to hear, but which results in you actually selling your house. We always felt that we were part of the 'Nicol team' and 'in it together' so to speak., Karen will always be top of our list when we need support or advice on the property market. We would also like to thank Paul, Natasha and Gemma for the very highest levels of courtesy and service.they have given to us.

Highly recommend
I can't recommend Karen Smith and Nicol & co highly enough. They take all your worries away as selling and buying is very scary for anyone and they dealt with everything very professionally. Karen was amazing nothing was ever too much for her however many times i phoned or went in. She dealt with everything very quickly, kept me informed every step of the way. I was selling and buying with Nicol & co and highly recommend Karen and the team to everyone. It was the best decision i ever made to use them. Thank you

Informative with accurate knowledge of the area to sell our house
Karen was very hands on from explaining all the information required and guiding us through the preparation for photos and details of our property. We felt confident throughout the time our property was advertised........ Which wasn't very long as they understand their customer base very well. Any questions along the way were dealt with in a professional manner......... A company we would really recommend to anyone selling or buying in the area. Thank you........

Exemplary service undertaken with Gusto
From the very first contact we knew we had made the right decision to instruct Nicol & Co Benito and his team have been most professional and went the extra mile. Within two weeks! all five of our houses in Hanbury were rented to professional people. All the checks were undertaken and we now have five happy families ready to start moving in. Benito kept us up to date daily and his visits with clients were most professional, informing us immediately of any comments by prospective tenants. We would recommend Nicol & Co to anybody wishing for a professional service
