Outstanding professionalism-Karen Smith

Having recently inherited my late father's property in Droitwich, I was placed in a situation I had not previously dealt with, that of selling a property. The property is located within a retirement estate and upon asking the estate manager, the recommendation of Nicol & Co was provided. I contacted Nicol & Co and spoke with Karen Smith, whom from the outset helped allay my apprehension and also was keen, polite and of the most import, erudite. I had a few options regarding the choice of estate agencies and whilst there was a difference in rates, when my final decision was made, it was predominantly influenced by Karen's knowledge and Karen's polite and extremely helpful demeanour. I have posed Karen many a question regarding the sale process, even one regarding a minor difference of opinion between siblings and Karen acquitted herself admirably (and in the case of the difference of opinion, diplomatically!) with her answers.
