From the initial valuation we have been very impressed with Karen and the Nicol's team. Karen was extremely professional and knowledgable when she came to value our home and although we delayed a decision to put our house on the market when we did our instinct was to put it up with Nicol's. We were delighted with the marketing of our property and an extremely quick sale and have felt very reassured during the process so far. Our experience with Nicol & Co began 2 years ago with a purchase. This was a pleasant and friendly transaction and was the catalyst for choosing them as an agent to sell our house on this occasion. This was a reluctant sale, with very specific requirements for an onward purchase. From the first contact with the agent we were made to feel respected and reassured that however minor some of our concerns were they were not insignificant to them and treated with upmost professionalism. Karen listened attentively and gave balanced advice on how to proceed. At no point did we feel obligated or under pressure to chose this agent which was very refreshing. Once we had instructed the sale of our property Nicol & Co acted extremely efficiently.
