Fantastic Service
Coral and the rest of the team gave us some really fantastic service during the whole process. They kept us informed throughout, chased solicitors and resolved problems without any delays. We really felt that they took care of us during the purchase, in a professional and friendly way - we will go straight to them when we sell!

Efficient and Professional
Having dealt with various letting agents as students and regular tenants we've had some bad experiences and can be cynical however it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Abigail Hill at Nicol & Co. From our initial phone call to book our viewing to the after care nothing was too much trouble and everything was carried out in a professional and efficient manner. The whole process was smooth and we were kept fully informed at every stage. I recommend Abi and Nicol & Co to anyone renting or selling their house now. A pleasure to deal with.

Nicol & Co were brilliant selling our house
Niicol & Co were very professional and helpful when we sold our house recently. There were some financial complications in the chain close to completion and they brilliant. They went the extra mile to help push the exchange through on time. Special thanks to John and Leanne for their efforts. .

Finding our first home
Paul helped us to find our dream first home, which took many different viewings, during which Paul was friendly, professional and helpful. He was quick to contact us when a possible new home came onto the market and (unlike some other estate agents) took on board our comments on properties we viewed to help find the house to make our first home.
