Chloe looked after my sale and kept me updated on a weekly basis, with other members of the team stepping in if she wasn’t available . They were always contactable either by phone or email. Chloe kept on the case even after a buyer was found . She kept in touch with all the solicitors in the chain to keep the sale moving along. Nicol & Co just dont find a buyer , they keep involved with the sale to the finish line. This is not the case with all estate agents. I’ve dealt with a few over the years.

An excellent Estate agent - from initial viewing handled by Dan , initial discussion with Niamh to the negotiation handled by Chloe, the service was professional, very efficient and excellent communication at each stage.
