Our experience with Nicol & Co began 2 years ago with a purchase. This was a pleasant and friendly transaction and was the catalyst for choosing them as an agent to sell our house on this occasion. This was a reluctant sale, with very specific requirements for an onward purchase. Each time we called the office or met with an agent for a viewing we were impressed with the professionalism displayed. Within 24 hours of marketing we had several offers. The communication throughout was again to a high standard. Karen acted as our main point of contact. She was very personable and committed to doing a good job. We would describe her work ethic as outstanding, often working past her tour of duty to ensure client satisfaction. In parallel to the sale of our property and all within 1 week we made an offer on another house, by coincidence also a Nicol & co property. Karen also acted on our behalf. Waiting for acceptance was a tense time, Karen communicated daily without prompt to manage our expectations.
