Northwood have been very professional in all their services regarding our recent rental, we would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of Renting/Buying/Selling, a very caring and professional Estate & Letting Agency.

Their asking rents are one of the lowest in Doncaster. Good for tenants but bad for landlords.

Booked a viewing for a property which subsequently sold in the meantime. Wasn’t informed of this and attended said appointment. Zero communication. Extra star as initial enquiry was handled well.

The worst agency to rent! DO NOT RENT WITH NORTHWOOD. I arranged an appointment to view an apartment and the person who was supposed to show me the apartment left before the viewing time and he didn’t even call me to let me know, so I arranged a second appointment and on my way to view it I have to call to confirm the appointment and they only told me that there was no one who could show me the apartment (so why did they arrange that day and that time if they had no one? It doesn’t make any sense) . I don’t why I was treated with so little respect, I don’t know if it is because I am foreign, but it was the worst way I have ever been treated by someone. If could give you less than 1 star I’d do it because I’m a human being and I deserve some respect. They wasted my time, my money and they played me.

Charging £100 for a valuation when you’re considering selling your property is absolutely ridiculous! Very poor customer service! Especially as you advertise a free valuation on your website! False advertising! Would not recommend

Very hard to get them to answer the calls or emails and very difficult to work with them. Nearly walked out of the signing lease due to their poor communication and now they just ignoring us since it???s 5 days and still no copy of lease returned to us
