We have used Northwood to manage a property let for 6 years and have been very satisfied. They are very efficient when there is a problem and the people they call out to do whatever is required ask a reasonable price. Northwood have made our letting experience completely worry free and we have nothing but good to say about the firm.

We appointed Northwood our agents early this year for two properties in Balby, Doncaster. Our experience has been brilliant to say the least. They have been helpful, proactive, and efficient, have organised necessary repairs within hours, and the repairs themselves have been reasonably priced and well done. They found tenants quickly, and have ensured smooth running of the properties, with regular follow-up inspections and careful tenant selection. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have just put my property on with Northwood dealing with Logan it has been very professional and the pictures are brilliant fingers crossed for the rest of the process as this the first time I have sold a property.
