(BAD POINTS FIRST) very poor start to the sale of our house.slow at chaseing things up never kept in touch. I had to call in to the office at Intake on lots of occasions just to try and find things out about the sale of our house.communication was very poor. We was (PROMISED)that we was going to deal with (ONE) lady all the way through the sale and don’t worry they will sort everything out not so. I could go on but I will stop now. ((BEST POINTS NOW) Here come our night in shining armer (KELLY BERRY) wow this lady is on the ball fantastic at her job and did she keep our spirits up. Kelly was relentless never stopped chasing things up for us.If it wasn’t for her we 100% would of pulled this sale.Kelly found it no bother at all to email us on a night to keep us in the loop phone calls you name it this lady did it for us.If we had Kelly from the start I no we would of bin in safe hands and would of given Northwood 5 star review. So plz Northwood look after this lady as she is amazing at her job and does what it says on the tin.If anyone reads this review and selling a house you must ask for Kelly Berry to take your house on.
