Charging £100 for a valuation when you’re considering selling your property is absolutely ridiculous! Very poor customer service! Especially as you advertise a free valuation on your website! False advertising! Would not recommend

Hello, I think there has been a miscommunication here to which I apologise. We only charge for a written valuation in certain circumstances where this is required for insurance/probate/solicitors purposes. To which the fee would be deductible from the sales fee if you decided to sell your property with us.
