Efficient, understanding and supportive staff and service

I was unlucky with difficult buyers who expected a huge discount for a piddling issue at the eleventh hour of the sale , but Karen Hobbs soon found other buyers who made an offer and then went on holiday for a month, making life frustrating, she dealt with this professionally and got us over the line.

Joe Fielding of the Doncaster Branch is a real hero in my eyes....This chap was given the impossible task of contacting my landlord who decided not to respond to Joe's phone calls, of which I understand were numerous, it must have been frustrating to him as he knew I was also...Eventually....the landlord decided to respond to Joe's calls and to his efforts in trying to resolve the issue...which he has done to my satisfaction...out of 10 I give Joe 11...he is a great guy and must be a real asset to Northwood...well done Joe
