Chris Duffy the office manager is disgusting in the way he talks to people and refused to deal with an emergency where the property wasn't secure. This is the 3rd time Chris has been rude and unprofessional on the phone. The ladies in the office are very helpful and make this business.NegativeProfessionalism

Friday 5.6.2020 @ 10.20am, Kathrine Mannion reported a Patio door that would not close. I spoke to the Landlord at 10.30am. Our contractor visited the property at lunchtime the same day. The contractor closed the door. The Landlady has given permission to proceed and a part is on order to repair the patio door sliding mechanism, a cost of around £70 - £80; it will be fitted in the next few days as soon as the part comes in. Kathrine Mannion asked the contractor if he could quote for a new door. Kathrine Mannion is a very confrontational character and uses very abusive language …“F” off etc. Kathrine Mannion has refused in the past to put requests to alter the property in relation to changes to decoration or major changes to the garden, in writing to us (email or letter). The Landlady asked that Belvoir made this clause in the tenancy agreement clear to the tenants. Kathrine Mannion has stated that it is their home and she will make any alterations she wants to. Having to leave 1 star as I cannot leave anything lower! Absolutely terrible management when complained about a tenant - the tenant is causing criminal damage and Belvoir couldn't care less!

Donna Aitken is not a Landlord or a Tenant of ours. Donna has a dispute with her neighbour who is renting a property from us. Both parties are accusing the other of abusive conduct. There has been no report to us of criminal damage or of the law being broken. Belvoir have advised both parties that if needed the Police should be called. Chris Duffy - Partner, Belvoir! Doncaster

Belvoir lettings is a complete utter ripoff! They charged us £500 for rubbish removal which was in the garden before we moved in & Chris is an arrogant sexist stuck up piece of work who has on many occasions called me a liar and refused to speak to me I had to put my partner on the phone. I would recommend to AVOID this company.

Doncaster The Deposit Protection Service have concluded (23.02.2017) that the following amounts have been awarded to the Landlord from the Tenant’s (Billie- Jo Goulding) bond: CLEANING - £60.00 / RUBBISH REMOVAL - £40.00 / RE-DECORATION - £70.00 These amounts were awarded to the Landlord by the DPS following the dispute that the tenant had over the condition the property was left in at the end of the tenancy. Belvoir! Doncaster are members of The National Approved Letting Scheme - NALS - http://www.nalscheme.co.uk and The Property Ombudsman (Lettings) - http://www.tpos.co.uk. Both organisations deal with complaints from both tenants and landlords. We are proud to confirm that we have never received a complaint of any nature whatsoever from either of these organisations. Do not use this company.

Belvoir were dreadful from start to finish, we moved into the property to be greeted by severe damp and condensation issues, when we spoke to the agent CHRIS he assured us this would all be sorted out, having scrubbed the walls constantly for the last two and a half years and our children constantly breathing in the damp we decided to move out. To our amazement we have been told that not only are we not getting our bond back, we owe them money for redecorating and jet washing the drive. This company also took around four months to replace a blown down fence, despite us having small children and a dog. Please be wary of using this company.
