I cannot express how happy I am to finally be out from under these people. Horrid. Just don't do it.

Well they're letting agents what more can I say? Apart from the fact they will lie to you to steal your money, keep your deposit for "cleaning purposes", they are rapacious swines who will do anything to get your money from you so they can expand their business, the 6 months I was them they managed to open 3 more offices in the Derby area and then claim they need our money or else they wouldn't "be here". For anyone moving into the area - speak to a landlord directly, letting agents are down there with politicians and traffic wardens.

AWFUL letting agents. I have used different agents in the past and have not been so annoyed and disappointed ever before. I let a property out through 'professional' properties and they are shocking!! Every time you call them the person you want to speak to is conveniently 'just on another call'. They never ever call you back no matter how many messages you leave or emails you send. I can't believe they get away with such shoddy and rude service. They are happy to take your money each month for managing your letting but the moment you want them to do anything you will be waiting a long long time and with no apology. I would put them on a par with Talk Talk for customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE..

I live in Canterbury, though was moving to derby. Therefore, I contacted and arranged rental viewings with Professional Properties. Firstly, they do not keep to arranged/confirmed viewings. Frustratingly, cancel viewing for pitiful reasons. The correspondence and communication is dreadful. Lastly, given the distance I lived from derby, they have no interest in customer concerns. This property agency is truly appalling. From my experience I advice cautions if letting a property off this company.
