I was really hesitant with dealing with an agency as I had heard mixed reviews but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The whole process was really smooth and I felt at ease with updates the whole way through. The contracts team were so helpful and responsive, Laura and Lucy worked really hard to make sure I got in before the deadline I had given. Couldn’t recommend more!!
Professional Properties offer an organised, knowledgeable and professional service. I have worked alongside them for 6 years where they have a dedicated rental and sales team. Between them they have many years experience within the industry and this shows when dealing with new or challenging situations. The staff are very experienced and friendly, offering a high level of customer service. I would highly recommend from a landlord perspective to consider Professional Properties and also as a potential tenant.

We have been with Professional Properties for 18 years as a Landlord. That speaks for itself! The staff are great, and to my amazement always remember my name when I see them. They have just found us a new tenant and everything went smoothly for us and the tenant.
Reply from Professional Properties: Many thanks for your kind words Mr. Reed. We like to think of our landlords as people and not just numbers!
