Not very professional! Hidden fees, lack of communication, up tight staff who are apparently always right.

Terrible shower of crooks, they wont carry out any repairs and won't give you your deposit back and instead make vulnerable students do all the chasing. Expect a visit from the sherriffs. Note to Parents - Do not rent one of their properries for you son or daughter attending University. You will regret it when you try to get your deposit back.

Do you like being conned? Do you enjoy being extorted? Do you love losing hundreds of pounds? Then look no further, this is the place for you! Ironically they call themselves Professional Properties. They couldn't be more unprofessional if they tried. The staff such as Jodie Downey are rude, unprofessional and lack major customer service skills. The Managers and Directors such as Jane Mason and Lucy Sproat clearly have had no Management/Customer Service Training whatsoever. They try and talk down to you and according to them, nothing is their fault and everything is YOUR fault. They will refuse to give you your money back. Beware Tenants and also Landlords because these are people who are only after one thing, and that is to get as much money for themselves as possible. They let you believe that you have the property and then do everything they can to sabotage the tenancy, making your life a stressful nightmare. Stay far away from these waste of spaces.

Terrible customer service and 'unprofessional' company, please avoid for your peace of mind. They gave me the wrong keys to the apartment which caused a lot of problems as I was left outside with a van full of furniture and could not move in the apartment. They were rude and refused to acknowledge their fault. They still demanded full agency fee despite the shocking service provided. I refused and cancelled the apartment.

Happy to respond to a poor review so see if we can improve our processes. However, your review is factually incorrect. We arranged with the landlord for you to have a key 2 days prior to the start of your tenancy start date to help you move some furniture in and, as you state, held your driving licence as security. There was certainly not a 'van full of furniture'. We usually accompany every tenant to every move in, however, as you borrowed a key prior to the move in date, we gave you a key and, as we DID acknowledge, it was the wrong key - a genuine mistake. You then stated that the only way you would continue with the tenancy was if you received £300 in compensation. We did not feel that such compensation was warranted in this situation and the tenancy was withdrawn. You WERE refunded your FULL application fee immediately. We would normally ask Google to remove a review that is factually incorrect, however, in this case we're not as we think it is important to highlight that firstly, we negotiated with the landlord to allow you entry to the property in an effort to help you out and secondly, we did not act 'unprofessionally' when trying to resolve a genuine mistake. Refusing an unreasonable compensation demand is not acting 'unprofessionally' and neither is refunding your application fee immediately, in full when YOU refused to continue with the tenancy.

Worst agency even I expired in my life!! They always have a problems!!

Awful company! Avoid at all costs, Me and my wife moved from our really nice flat just to be with a different agency. Its so refreshing being with a company that does not charge disgustingly high admin charges, speak to me like dirt, lie to me or take forever to fix very simple problems with the property. On moving into the "Professional Property" their was no hot water due to a fault with the immersion heater. This took 90 days to fix. This is only one example among many of their extremely poor service. To summarize, they are money grabbing crooks who do not care about the tenants or their landlords.
