Horrible experience. Don’t go through Nicholas humphreys and do not stay at Norman house. First I paid for a deposit on a flat that I was told a few days after I couldn’t move into after they already reserved the room and took my money, so they gave me a different flat. I Didn’t have proper hot water running for the first 2 months and was given no property manager number to come deal with situation. NH kept delaying the issue. There was a fire which ruined my en-suite bathroom and master bedroom and left the walls all moldy. I couldn’t sleep in there for 2 months. I wasn’t given no compensation. To top it all off their plumber they sent out to fix the water broke my door chain and they charged me for it! Saying there’s no proof for that. Avoid this company and Norman house at all costs.

Just painfully awful to get hold of sales team, to make things worse you are not even given option to leave a message. Anyone looking to sell properties, pick some other agent.

So i had a booking to view a house at 3 oclock so we show up wait 5 mins out side in the cold. We are like where are they (3.05pm). So we wait in the car till 3.20pm. We then call them they say oh the person said you weren't there someone will be will you in 10 mins. 3.45pm a car is out side the house so we get out the car to see a lady walk out with 2 guys who she presumed was me and a mate she had shown round. She said i will show you round we get shown around quickly she tajes us out side says someone will come we were like why didnt you ask those guys for my name to see if it was us took 40 mins of waiting to get shown around 3 properties one of which they didnt have a key to show one of the bed rooms. So unorganized dumb due to the fact they didnt even ask to see if it was us they were showing round and had the nerve to lie about showing up on time and not seeing us. I would give zero stars if it was an option!!!! DONT GO WITH THIS AGENCY!!!!!!
