Poor service, and beware, moved in and paid rent for first 4 months then recieved a letter saying I hadn't paid a penny and I owed them £3000 that's all you need to know

If you're a student do not go with these guys! We've had house viewings where they didn't give us 24hrs notice, found a lot of glass shards (at least 26) in the garden which they've refused to do anything about & have refused to replace a broken window at the front door because its not a 'High Risk' They've also been blacklisted by the university! Do not go with these guys!

Absoutely shocking. Moved in a student house which has literally fallen to pieces over the 9 months I've been present. Ceilings collapsed in both bathroom and separately in one of the bedrooms. Furnishings and appliances probably date back to the second world war and when I moved in the kitchen light didn't work so had to prepare evening meals via candle light for 2 weeks until they finally fixed it. The garden was so overgrown it was impossible to exit the backdoor and every night around 11pm a family of slugs appear on the kitchen floor and walls - just what you need in the kitchen isn't it? Was also told 'includes internet' but what that actually meant was a 'contribution' towards some of the cost. Don't use this agency, they are immoral and care nothing for their customers and their standard of living. The prices are outrageously expensive for what you get, disgusting company. STAY AWAY!

The worst estate agent to use in Derby. I've had estate agents coming to my student property without any knowledge of a viewing demanding to conduct one, and did not like it when I turned him away due to it being against the law - you need 24 hours notice of a viewing! The estate agents themselves are rude, send snide e-mails about viewings and never once apologise to your face, but will through a computer screen. My landlord didn't check the property after the previous tenants left, and as a result of food being left down the back of the sofa, it was covered in mould (which we had to deal with ourselves) and had mice! The property we rented was out-dated, needed a lot of work doing to it and was literally falling to bits. Not worth dealing with them again hence me now using Blue I properties who are incredibly kind people and willing to tend to any queries you may have.

DO NOT SIGN ON WITH THESE PEOPLE. Absolute criminals. Just claimed to "repair" my bed by literally nailing a wooden slab onto it. This is after a MONTH of asking for it to be repaired. The house was in disrepair when we moved in, they have no concern for anything but taking your money
