I would definitely not recommend this service to my friends and I'm deeply regret that I rented out my flat through your agency.

BUNCH OF JOKERS

The worst estate agents ever! Don't EVER use them, especially if you are a landlord. The estate agent, Oke, lost the tenancy agreement contracts that we signed and when made so many mistakes in the paperwork. Keeps avoiding my calls and makes excuses, trying to hide the fact they lost the contract!

Fraudsters plain and simple - they will do anything to get their commission. They even suggested we pay up to stamp duty threshold and then pay cash under the table to top up our offer which is fraudulent. Seriously keep away!

We went to view the flat we're currently living in over a year ago. It's rented. We were effectively stood up by their representative, waiting around 30 minutes with no idea what was going on. This was after office hours so no one was around to contact to find out what was happening. Spoke to someone the next day who apologised but didn't register my complaint. They sent out the same woman who was supposed to show us round the first time. Guess what? No apology.. a hand shake.. smiles.. Clearly 1. The complaint was not registered and 2. Not even an apology?! I know this is Croydon... but seriously!? We've had nothing but problems with this company. Only recently they changed who handles our deposit without informing the Landlord or myself - we received a letter from their old company saying that the deposit would no longer be handled by them. Terrible company.
