Patient…Understanding...REAL. A few words to describe Billie Blankson, the lettings negotiator I had the pleasure of dealing with. I have experienced agents who have behaved very callous and have been more than willing to take money that they did not earn from a working family with kids (rant over). I found Billie to be very proactive for example showing me around 3 houses in one day and offering valuable advice based on my needs without being pushy. Keep up the good work Billie and I will definitely be sticking with Streets Ahead! Only 4* as I have not yet moved in to the house. ;)

The team at Streets Ahead, in particular Jenny "from the block" Vergerson and the lovely Eve Livesley, have been friendly, attentive, on the ball and very helpful. Although I haven't bought my property through Streets Ahead, I think it's right to offer credit where credit is due. Jenny and Eve have been amazing from the start and I feel almost guilty that we didn't purchase our property with them as they worked tirelessly to try and find the perfect property which seemed to elude my girlfriend and I. -Prompt at returning calls and emails. - Friendly - Managed the house viewing well (there were 20 of us coming to view it!) - Particularly helpful at moving the sale along. - Continued to be helpful after completion, when I had various queries to pass on. - Would use them if I were selling my property. - Saphire King-Harris was particularly helpful: I was keen to complete by a certain date, to save a small amount on legal fees. Saphire helped make this possible, when there was no advantage in it for her or for her vendor. Appreciated.

I have found Streets ahead (Addiscombe) to efficient, friendly and helpful. Especially Riccardo and layla. The renting process has been clear and well managed. However the move in clean didn't happen. Where the report said " Needs cleaning" It still did.

I was in terrible state to find the rented property across London. What made it more difficult was i am being freshly arrived in London. I tried to reach to all the possible leasing agents to arrange the house viewing customize to my requirements.
