Recently moved out of a flat we rented through Rebecca at Northwood. No problems getting hold of a member of staff when we needed someone. Flat was in a lovely condition when we moved in and references and paperwork were dealt with quickly. We relocated so couldn't continue with tenancy, but would definitely use Northwood again if we came back to the area and would recommend them to others.

The check in was very detailed compared to most and nothing was too much trouble. Check out was very much the same . The inventory and attention to detail when I moved in made moving out stress free. Northwood were the first company I rented a property from and for the 2 years I was with them they had been nothing but good to me if I ever had a problem or a query they were there to help and make it as quick and simple as possible. Every 3 months a routine check would be carried out which they have plenty of notice to us and they were so polite and friendly each time they came. When I left Northwood they helped me after I was ripped off by a professional carpet cleaner by ensuring I got almost my entire deposit back by finding another carpet cleaner and covering the cost as they felt so sorry that I had spent so much money on a carpet cleaner and for them to do such a poor job. If it wasn't for the fact my family is growing I would have stayed with Northwood as they understood my needs and made me feel welcome anytime.

As first time Landlords my wife and I were a little apprehensive about dealing with the "unknown". However from our first meeting with Nicky, and all through the process of letting (two properties) we have been very impressed with the service that we have received. They all listened to us, understood our criteria and as promised have been in contact when they said they would.
