Northwood have been nothing but amazing. Always keeping me informed at all times about properties I wanted to view. One in particular 11b Devonshire Street, Cheltenham, GL50 3LS. Milly was so lovely & helpful, the communication was next to none, she let me have a second look at the flat. When I wanted to put a holding deposit down she phoned me straight away to take the payment. Informed me of everything, what would stay with the furnished flat so I knew what to take with me. She was so accommodating when I wanted to take 500 pictures of the flat, dancing around to get out the way :) All in all, excellent service thank you so much.
