Northwood have been absolutely incredible. I have never worked with a letting agent who are so efficient, helpful and who go above and beyond to help and make things run smoothly. They found a tenant quickly and obtained a fantastic price. Plus they always respond and deal with questions and requests quickly and smoothly and without any fuss. The check in was very detailed compared to most and nothing was too much trouble. Check out was very much the same . The inventory and attention to detail when I moved in made moving out stress free. Northwood were the first company I rented a property from and for the 2 years I was with them they had been nothing but good to me if I ever had a problem or a query they were there to help and make it as quick and simple as possible. Every 3 months a routine check would be carried out which they have plenty of notice to us and they were so polite and friendly each time they came. When I left Northwood they helped me after I was ripped off by a professional carpet cleaner by ensuring I got almost my entire deposit back by finding another carpet cleaner and covering the cost as they felt so sorry that I had spent so much money on a carpet cleaner and for them to do such a poor job. If it wasn't for the fact my family is growing I would have stayed with Northwood as they understood my needs and made me feel welcome anytime.

As first time Landlords my wife and I were a little apprehensive about dealing with the "unknown". However from our first meeting with Nicky, and all through the process of letting (two properties) we have been very impressed with the service that we have received. They all listened to us, understood our criteria and as promised have been in contact when they said they would. Nicki viewed our property's and took the time and effort to explain the positive and negative of being a landlord, which has been very much appreciated. Most towns have plenty of Agents, Cheltenham is no exception, however Northwood was recommended by a relative, who also rents through them, (but a different branch). Our quotation was emailed only an hour or so after Nicki left which gave us time to digest and plan, and I am pleased to say that within days of us signing to their platinum plan, we became landlords. Instructing Northwood to be our Agent has allowed us to have complete peace of mind, and feel assured that we are going to be very well looked after. I have now used Northwood Cheltenham twice in the last two years I have been renting. From a tenants prospective they are by far the most professional agency I have yet dealt with in Cheltenham. They have always responded quickly to any maintenance issues raised and all the staff are very friendly.eThe quality of properties I have viewed with them have always been to a high standard and so comes as no surprise that they do inspect when they say they will unlike other agents I have dealt with previously. They are strict when it comes to inspections but I see this as a positive, I would recommend to anyone looking to rent a property in the Cheltenham area . My Deposit was returned in full on my last property and I hope will be the same at the end of my current tenancy. Keep up the good work Northwood ;)

We have let our properties through Northwood Cheltenham for many years and have just recently sold our house through them. I sold my property in Cheltenham through Northwood Estate Agents. After using another agent at the start of the process I quickly felt that Northwood were far more helpful. Their price was much fairer especially on a property of low value and they were always happy to help and advise me whenever I called. Nikki and Karen were especially helpful even giving me advice on my subsequent purchase.
