Charles David Casson - Chelmsford

Jasmine has always been extremely responsive and very efficient !

Excellent service from Matt, Bradley and Les. Brad was very honest, friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process in finding us a buyer for our property, which we had previously tried to sell several times through other agents, without success.PositiveProfessionalism

I have been impressed with the marvellous services received from Charles David Casson Estate Agent from Chelmsford. The reason why I had chosen this agent was that other estate agents were not willing to help me to rent with the support of a guarantor as I started my business less than a year ago. So I can not prove my income due to not submitting tax returns yet. Macey was extremely helpful. I was amazed to experience her dedication, enthusiasm and communication skills. She is simply the best! I am extremely grateful to Macey Smith and her team for their time, attention, understanding and tremendous help in every aspect of this letting. I am more than happy to recommend Charles David Casson and especially Macey Smith to my family and friends in the future. Thank you so much for everything Macey!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Booking a viewing and placing offers were straightforward and Les was always quick to get back to us and update us so we did not have too much waiting around and worrying. It never felt like we were being pushed into any quick decisions and the members of staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much to all the staff at Charles David Casson in Chelmsford you were all brilliant and it was a pleasure to have you rent us our property. Macey and Les were fab and the communication between us and them was absolutely spot on. Thank you!

Very professional agency, friendly and knowledgeable local team always willing to help and go the extra mile. Pleasure to deal with, would use again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Simple and transparent process to rent a house. No hidden costs, good communication and dynamic way to see the house and set up the contract. The whole process was easy which help to remove all the stress.

Cassons never gave up on this sale or my daughter, despite very challenging circumstances. The whole process took over ten long months, problems were plenty. but they were so determined to get her to completion. Well done to Les and Brad!
