I recently purchased a property that was managed by Charles David Casson, namely handled by Bradley and Les. They were both very helpful and supporting to me through the process which was a great help as this was my first home purchase. As my purchase drew toward a close there was a hick-up in which the seller threatening to pull out due to delays; delays caused by his own solicitor. Due to the professional level of smoke screening his solicitor deployed the seller was made to believe that the delays were being caused by the agent and my solicitor. Thankfully for me Les and Bradley stood by me, defended me and supported me to the seller. Even after I was told to clear off Les worked tirelessly into the evening and talked the seller into honouring our agreement and through his final actions we where able to exchange. As I said I only have experience with purchasing one property so I can only comment on this transaction which was stressful enough without the problems with the seller. As I mentioned without these mentioned efforts I would have lost the house.

Charles David Casson have been brilliant, yes moving home is stressful but this company did all they could to keep this stress to a minimum. Nothing was ever to much trouble, extra visits to the property that I was buying was arranged to alleviate my worries. My emails and phone calls always returned promptly. If something was promised it was always provided. Will definately recommend to friends and family in the future, as I received a very personal tailored service.

I got in contact with Charles David Casson estate agents and spoke to a lady called Macey. From the offset she was extremely helpful. The original property had gone so she offered an alternative property that she had. She kept in contact constantly with me and kept me updated on everything to the point where I didn't even need to ask any questions. She was very helpful and her customer service was second to none and would highly recommend this estate agents to everyone in the future!

Charles David Casson were great from start to finish. They were personal, upfront, clear, helpful and honest throughout the process of selling our home. They gave us good advice, marketed the house in the right places and in a fantastic way. Would 100% recommend their service.

A really lovely estate agents run by decent, caring brothers. Charles David Casson go the extra mile with the management of my flat. They provide detailed inspection reports with lots of info because they know that I like/feel the need for this. They have found me a wonderful tenant which I’m really grateful for. Neil and Matt (and all other staff that I’ve dealt with) are always so happy to help me and I feel like they really care, Neil is very good at making sure the whole letting process is very stress free and takes the hassle out of everything. They are quick to call if there’s anything I need to sort. I think they are a very decent price and do a lot for their money. It’s like no job is too small for them! When I had my little boy in March they sent a lovely card, teddy, chocolates and rose bush which is now planted in my garden- if that isn’t going the extra mile with lovely customer service I don’t know what is!! I really do recommend them and am very grateful that they keep it so stress free for them! Wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere.

Generally very happy with CDC. I really liked their approach of live stream and then arranging a personal viewing. This really helped save time and only go for properties which made sense to us. Their plug and play modern attitude combined with years of knowledge really means your head if the competition already!! Really have appreciate the support from this company (especially Jasmyne Devereaux, with whom I have mainly dealt) and would not hesitate to recommend. They have been very quick at responding to queries and their professionalism always shines through. It is a first class service run superbly!

I finally found an estate agent that will bend over backwards to find you a place as quick as possible. I've dealt with many estate agents in the past but Louise is in a class of her own, friendly, helpful and done everything in her power to make it as easy as possible and stress free finding a place. Louise then put me onto Macey, who was just as helpful as Louise and I'm looking to move in the next couple of weeks. I don't why other estate agents can't work like this,, I take my hat off to you all and thank you for everything.

Booking a viewing and placing offers were straightforward and Les was always quick to get back to us and update us so we did not have too much waiting around and worrying. It never felt like we were being pushed into any quick decisions and the members of staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful.
