Balgores South Woodham Ferrers

A very professional organisation, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful with advice and support. They made a difficult process much easier. Highly recommended.

Amazing (and smiling) people with a great service! I'm really 110% happy with how we collaborate and how they manage the property I live in.

G&B were fantastic - consistently responsive to me over phone and email, straight talking and result-focused in completing my transaction with speed. I dealt with Jeremy and Bradley in particular, who were both fantastic, friendly and reliable.

Excellent service with fast response despite softening market conditions. Very professional throughout the sales procedure.

Great support from Jeremy at G&B to get our sale over the line

So grateful for the incredible service given by Sara at Godfrey and Barr; she not only helped us to find a fantastic rental that suited us perfectly, but she guided us through all the processes, and was so responsive at every stage of our tenancy. I feel so lucky to have called Godfrey and Barr; Sara couldn’t have been more focused on helping us find the right place, to get us settled and to sort out any and all of the minor issues that arose during our time there. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

We are delighted to recommend Godfrey & Barr, Estate Agents, who recently sold our home in Hampstead Garden Suburb. They are highly professional, courteous and managed the whole process with warmth, efficiency and good humour. We are particularly grateful to Ian Godfrey, Bradley and Emma, who all provided a first class service.

I have just exchanged contracts for the sale of my house in Hampstead garden Suburb. Godfrey and Barr acted for me (The third time I have used them). As always, they were highly professional, enthusiastic and hard working throughout. . They kept me fully informed throughout the process.. They are PROPER agents, very experienced and , who understand how to do business and to get a sale completed. It was a fraught transaction in a difficult market , but Jonathan Barr solved numerous problem to get it over the line. . i cannot recommend them highly enough - Believe me, you will not find a better agent In North West London. Well done and many thanks to Jonathan and the whole team. DAVID MENZIES

Bradley Freedman from G&B showed us several flats in the local area as we looked for our first home. He was extremely accommodating to our work schedules as well as very friendly and helpful during the viewings. Once we had found a flat, Bradley guided us through the purchase process and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. Overall, Bradley helped make our first home purchase a very smooth experience.

Godfrey and Barr went above and beyond to help us sell and buy a new house. Their staff were attentive and helpful and got everything right in assisting us. I am very happy to recommend them.
