Balgores South Woodham Ferrers

The Balgores team at South Woodham Ferrers were absolutely brilliant at dealing with our move. We were kept informed of everything from our sale and purchase leaving us relatively stress free. …

Thank you to Barbara and her team for selling our apartment. Regards Tom Weekenborg

We couldn't have asked for a better service. The agents were knowledgeable about the area. The advice given to us and attention to our needs was excellent

My dealings with Barbara at Godfrey & Barr have always been very professional, and she has gone above and beyond to help in all aspects of the purchase :)

Absolutely top service from Jeremy Fine and his colleagues regarding my late Mothers house. They advised a very effective marketing strategy and we ended up with well over the asking price. Would highly recommend!

Sara Nathan from Godfrey and Barr was a delight to deal with. Extremely professional, but very kind and helpful at the same time. We would definitely use Sara again and thoroughly recommend her.

Want to sell your home? My story: Thursday: I walked into Godfrey & Barr and said I want to sell my house. Friday: I received a phone call from Jeremy Fine saying he had a possible buyer. Sunday: He brought possible buyer to look at the house. Monday: House sold at asking price - not put on market. 6 months later: completion. The same could happen for you. Just saying....

I have sold 3 properties through Godfrey & Barr and have bought 3 through them as well over the past 15 years . They are knowledgeable , friendly and most importantly commercially minded and don’t over promise . They “ do what it says on the tin” and work in their client’s best interests . If you want an agency who you can trust ( in North West London ) then I can strongly recommend them .

We would have no hesitation in recommending Godfrey and Barr. Jeremy, along with Emma and Amanda, made the whole process of selling our house and purchasing our new flat as stress free as they could despite several delays.
