The team at Balgores South Woodham were absolutely fantastic...they were helpful, friendly and efficient and went far beyond the call of duty in assisting my parents with their search for, and purchase of, the new home. Really couldn't recommend them highly enough...if you are looking for a team to get you moved quickly and efficiently, these guys are your best bet!

Balgores were amazing! If I ever buy a house again I know what estate agents I will be using!! (although I never plan to move again) They kept us sane throughout the whole buying process, they were constantly chasing solicitors for us on the buyers and sellers side. They went above and beyond to keep us informed in every way. I think in the end we were in contact with the whole office! Everyone was very accommodating, even through the difficult phone calls (seller putting the house back on the market). Clive and Paul knew how much we wanted our house and did everything to help us get it. My hat has to go off to Marie though who emailed us every day and kept us in the loop, the professionalism and excellent communication skills from her helped make the process that little less stressful! Lastly Amy and Tom were always happy to pass on messages and email me over any answers to my questions with the little details about the house. What an outatanding office. Thank you Balgores.

Cannot thank the team at Balgores enough, it was my first time buying a property and the mortgage i used was slightly different to most mortgages. Without the help Balgores i don't think we would be in our property yet. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

I used the Mortgage Advice Bureau to get my mortgage. Michael is excellent and really knows his stuff and has excellent interpersonal skills. I always felt comfortable, informed and fully aware of the situation. Mackensie is a great part of the team as well, demonstrating excellent communication skills to keep us up to date and made sure the whole process went smoothly without any hiccups. I would 100% recommend to atleast have a chat with Michael, and I'm sure you'll stick with him.

South Woodham Balgores team were honestly faultless. We dealt primarily with Tom who has the most impressive customer service attitude. Anything he said he would do, he did. He kept us both up to date and informed us of anything that was an issue or a query. Would happily use them again.

With Balgores help, we were able to put our property on the market and it quickly it sold without any issue. I can't fault anyone on the team as they were all incredibly helpful with any queries I wouldthrow at themn. Not only that but the mortgage advisors Michael Gibbon and Mackensie Walkers were incredible and I would highly recommend using them as not only were we underestimating how much money we could borrow but we were able to calculate all the expenses which would come from this move and designate the necessary finances.

Michael and his team from Mortgage Advice Bureau have been amazing helping us through all parts of our mortgage and insurance. Nothing was too much and no question too silly! Would definitely recommend and after having experience in the past with other mortgage brokers, we will definitely be returning to Michael when we need to remortgage!
