Recently competed a purchase of a property in south woodham ferrers through Balgores - the team were responsive, knowledgeable and super helpful throughout. I also used their mortgage advisor who was super. Would thoroughly recommend.

Last September/October we placed a property with Balgores it went live at 10.30 in the morning and was sold at 4.30 the same day. I had not sold a property before and the staff at Balgores were so helpful and talked me through the whole process. The process itself was simple and straightforward. I will be using them in future.
