We chose Balgores because, having heard you successfully selling our daughters property a year earlier, I was most impressed with the very professional way you went about your task. You actually sold our property three or four times only for it all to fall apart - mainly due to time delays caused by an incomplete chain above. Absolutely brilliant! Their service was outstanding from start to finish! They kept us updated, regularly checked in to make sure the process was going as we hoped, chased solicitors (sometimes hourly), answered our many questions... the list goes on - nothing was too much trouble. AND it was done during a pandemic so everything was that much harder to coordinate. They were on hand (and have been after completion) with helpful advice and truly made what could have been a difficult move, a walk in the park. With Balgores help, we were able to put our property on the market and it quickly it sold without any issue. I can't fault anyone on the team as they were all incredibly helpful with any queries I wouldthrow at themn. Not only that but the mortgage advisors Michael Gibbon and Mackensie Walkers were incredible and I would highly recommend using them as not only were we underestimating how much money we could borrow but we were able to calculate all the expenses which would come from this move and designate the necessary finances.

We highly recommend Michael who offered us great advise on our mortgage and various insurances, talking us through the different aspects and showing us what we could afford to buy.
