Balgores South Woodham Ferrers

I have been delighted with both the Sales and Lettings departments of Godfrey & Barr, with the recent purchase of a property for rental purposes. The team have been professional, attentive and knowledgeable, so I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking expertise in the HGS area.

Selling a house can be a stressful process. With Barbara, Danny and Jeremy we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were enthusiastic, patient and honest at all times. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We can highly recommend Godfrey & Barr having recently purchased a property where they were the sole agents. In particular Emma was very helpful helping us find a property that suited our needs.

Laura had been truly exceptional during my house hunting process! I would certainly recommend Godfrey & Barr to anyone hoping for professionalism, communication and consistency.

Barbara at G & B sold our house and found us an even better one. Excellent service from her and the whole team. Would definitley use them again if we move in the future.

Sara was lovely. Helped every step of the way. Made my move stress free. Thank you!

Fabulous agent. Jeremy Fine was outstanding through a sometimes difficult and protracted property sale, always available, giving us invaluable advice and guiding us through to a fabulous result, maximising the sale price and achieving everything we hoped for. I can’t recommend them enough.

We used the services of the agency for the first time when we purchased our first property. My wife and I were very positively surprised that we were not treated as clients who could not afford to buy real estate. As unfortunately it happened to us during contact with large agents. We used the services of the Mill Hill office and we sincerely recommend Mrs. Barbara Darer, who looked after us to the very end and supported us very much.

Sara helped us find a flat during challenging Covid times in 2020. She is a professional, courteous and knows her stuff. Once you talk to her you know you’re dealing with a pro in this business. She politely noted our concerns post move and maintained a proper record. Deborah dealt with contracts, deposits and move out stuff. She helped resolve any differences in a practical and professional way so that landlord (I hope) and tenants both are happy. They both were proactive and prompt with their responses on all our queries, both during move in and move out. Can’t thank them enough. Our thanks to other team members of Godfrey and Barr who work behind the scenes to make this process seamless for tenants. All the very best!

We recently bought a house in Radlett being sold by Godfrey & Barr. Our own corresponding sale became long and complicated but we owe a massive thanks to Ian Godfrey for his calming influence, common sense and expertise, which were invaluable in helping get the transaction over the line in the end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Godfrey & Barr to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in any of the areas they cover.
