I was very pleased with selling my house through Balgores. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly and was dealt with in a most professional manner and I was kept informed of the progress of the sale on a regular basis. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were a bit sceptical about estate agents to start with, but Balgores have been outstanding from start to finish. We sold our house in three days from going live on the market and couldn't be happier. The house we bought was also through Balgores South Woodham and again they have been a pleasure to work with. Their team is friendly and approachable, and they were fantastic for keeping us informed and updated during the whole process. We used their recommended solicitors which also meant they were able to chase things up for us. I would happily recommend Balgores to anyone, and i would definitely use them again. Absolutely excellent and worth every penny.

Excellent service

I would certainly recommend Balgores Estate Agents in South Woodham Ferrers. Moving house during the COVID restrictions has been a challenge. My house went on the market January 2020 with a different agent and response was very poor. July 2020 I switched to Balgores and the viewings just kept coming, resulting in offers and and an agreed sale within 2 weeks. The progression service was also very good. There were a couple of 'hiccups' with the chain below, and Balgores helped to keep everything together through to completion.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Unprofessional- overall bad service as a buyer

Really disappointed with the person that came out from balgores. Had an attitude and decided to value my property to sell rather then what it was worth, I then see that they have recently put a property up around the corner for 50k more than what they said mine was worth. Exactly the same layout..... go figure?!! On her leaving words to my property the person ,said "good luck and if you actually want to sell your house give us a call"......the arrogance of that comment. I wouldn't recommend.
