I would certainly recommend Balgores Estate Agents in South Woodham Ferrers. Moving house during the COVID restrictions has been a challenge. My house went on the market January 2020 with a different agent and response was very poor. July 2020 I switched to Balgores and the viewings just kept coming, resulting in offers and and an agreed sale within 2 weeks. The progression service was also very good. Unprofessional- overall bad service as a buyer

Really disappointed with the person that came out from balgores. Had an attitude and decided to value my property to sell rather then what it was worth, I then see that they have recently put a property up around the corner for 50k more than what they said mine was worth. Exactly the same layout..... go figure?!! On her leaving words to my property the person ,said "good luck and if you actually want to sell your house give us a call"......the arrogance of that comment. I wouldn't recommend.
