Balgores South Woodham Ferrers

The whole team at Balgores were extremely friendly and prompt throughout the entire process of purchasing our house. Being first time buyers there was a lot we didn't know and needed advice on. Tom was our agent and was more than helpful from the first to last day of our transaction

Haven’t not moved for 27 years we were nervous about the prospect of moving , but we shouldn’t of ever worried the staff were truly amazing and supportive and kept us informed at all times . Wouldn’t think twice of using them again . Exceptional Estate Agents .

Highly recommend Balgores at South woodham Ferrer's, Marie's help with the sales progression was invaluable and so very helpful .

A big thank you to Clive and the team - Amy, Tom, and Marie in particular - for their high standards of professionalism during the process of selling a property. Their knowledge, customer service and approachability ensured a positive experience and outcome. I would have no doubt about recommending them.

Michael has provided an excellent service in helping us attain a mortgage, always keeping us up to date with our progress and informing us of everything you could need to know when purchasing a house.

With Balgores help, we were able to put our property on the market and it quickly it sold without any issue. I can't fault anyone on the team as they were all incredibly helpful with any queries I wouldthrow at themn. Not only that but the mortgage advisors Michael Gibbon and Mackensie Walkers were incredible and I would highly recommend using them as not only were we underestimating how much money we could borrow but we were able to calculate all the expenses which would come from this move and designate the necessary finances.
