The team at Balgores are wonderful to have looking after you. We had frequent updates and always felt at ease during the different stages of the move, despite a number of unexpected situations occurring in the chain that no one could have prepared for. The Balgores team were always proactive to inform us of what was going on and also confirming next steps and action points, which was incredibly reassuring and welcomed. Huge thanks especially to Marie who is an absolute superstar.

The Balgores team in the South Woodham office are a credit to the company overall. After having sold our house through them, we unfortunately encountered a number of setbacks that although extremely stressful were handled professionally. The team are diligent and proactive, keeping all parties involved throughout. Whilst all the team including Paul, Marie and Amy were fabulous, a special shout-out has to go to Tom whose customer service and marketing skills are exceptional. If you are in any doubt as to which agent is best to buy or sell a property through, then in our opinion Balgores will not disappoint.

We would highly recommend Balgores in South Woodham Ferrers. We were very impressed with all of the team who worked professionally and efficiently with regards to the sale of our house. The valuation carried out by Clive was so quick and efficient. The marketing was amazing and from our property going on the market to our completion day the team were fantastic and we can’t thank them enough!

Balgores were amazing! If I ever buy a house again I know what estate agents I will be using!! (although I never plan to move again) They kept us sane throughout the whole buying process, they were constantly chasing solicitors for us on the buyers and sellers side. They went above and beyond to keep us informed in every way. I think in the end we were in contact with the whole office! Everyone was very accommodating, even through the difficult phone calls (seller putting the house back on the market). Clive and Paul knew how much we wanted our house and did everything to help us get it. My hat has to go off to Marie though who emailed us every day and kept us in the loop, the professionalism and excellent communication skills from her helped make the process that little less stressful! Lastly Amy and Tom were always happy to pass on messages and email me over any answers to my questions with the little details about the house. What an outatanding office.
