The handling of our house purchase was done very professionally by the team at South Woodham, as was the sale of our property by the team in Basildon. I would certainly recommend Balgores to anyone selling or buying a property.
We recently completed our move which was part of a chain of six. Marie kept us constantly updated and was proactive in obtaining information, chasing where appropriate. We would have no hesitation in recommending Balgores.
Everyone was very helpful, from the initial showing of the apartment along with constant updates and chasing the solicitors for updates and helping with queries. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me.
I cannot thank Marie and Paul for all their help with my sale and later my new purchase. They kept me up to date with all events and helped keep things moving. I would highly recommend this company.
A pleasure to work with Godfrey & Barr.. in particular, Sara really helped with my search and found the perfect property for me.
Helpful , professional and easy to work with, we would highly recommend the company
Clive and the team treated us with care and kindness whilst being professional throughout a difficult sale. This was emotional selling my late Aunt's home but we could not have picked a better agency who saw us through this time to a successful completion. Thank you seems insufficient, Clive you were amazing and always available at the end of the phone, this meant so much as we live so far away.
Good afternoon I would just like to thank Paul and Marie and the Balgores team For all the support and for keeping me and my brother updated through the process of selling our late fathers property. Would highly recommend this company.
We have bought a property through Balgores. I can safely say that in the future we will be using Balgores to sell our home. Marie was exceptional at providing us with updates and working alongside me to get the sales agreed throughout the chain. Without her persistence and excellent communication skills I believe we would still be in limbo. Thank you Marie and the Team
