Balgores South Woodham Ferrers

A big thank you to Paul, Marie and Claire for excellent job. From start to finish they were on the ball, keeping me informed every step of the way. First class service, can't thank you enough.

Anything less than 5 stars would be wrong! By far the most professional, competent and attentive Agent & Team selling our Grade 2* house! Well done team ! Takes away all the anxiety and stress of selling! Great attention to detail from a very seasoned experienced team.

Recently completed house purchase through Godfrey and Barr, and had a very positive experience. A big thank you to Ian , Jonathan and Emma for your support and professionalism shown in every step of the process.

We had a very positive experience with Marie and the team at Balgores throughout our purchase. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were always professional, responsive and proactive in helping to keep the transaction moving despite a number of challenges during the conveyancing process. Since moving into the property we've unfortunately uncovered a number of significant issues with the house itself, but those matters are entirely separate from the service we received from Balgores. Throughout the process, everyone at Balgores was approachable, supportive and genuinely committed to helping us get to completion. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Balgores to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I bought a property fro Godfrey & Barr and wished that I had also sold through them. They were efficient and always at hand to help and discuss the purchase. Barbara was particularly efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We selected Godfrey & Barr having looked at numerous estate agents who worked in the Hampstead Garden Suburb area. Frankly their knowledge of the area and the peculiarities of HGS Trust were evident from the first meeting (not so elsewhere). This proved to be extremely helpful during our sale. Our thanks to Jeremy and his entire team.

What a whirlwind! Paul Newell came to see me and after discussions, I put my house on the market with them. Great pictures were taken. Balgores arranged numerous viewings. The house was sold quickly. I bought and everything was signed, sealed and delivered in less than 10 weeks. Balgores were fab. They kept me updated, answered any questions. The whole team were brilliant and made the process easy. Thank you Paul, Marie and the team.

A massive thank you to the Balgores team - South Woodham Ferrers. Especially to Paul and Marie. Totally kept in the loop from start to finish. I had the most amazing legal team also recommended by Balgores. Both are a credit to their profession. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be using again. First class and stand out from the rest !!!!

Quick, efficient and accommodating.

Jonathan and the team went above and beyond to make sure our property transaction could happen. Excellent communication and an abundance of patience made the situation much less stressful and easier to deal with. Highly recommend!!!
