I viewed a property on line that I liked, enquired at Balgores and got a viewing next day. We spent a good time viewing and wasn’t pressured at all. We discussed on our way home and on arrival , put in an offer, handled by Clive after a short negotiation a price was agreed. Marie took over the handling of the case and with her chasing the Conveyancing activities the process was soon completed. I found Balgores professional, friendly and on the ball and found the whole process relatively stress free

Reply from Balgores South Woodham Ferrers: Hi Paul, Thank you for sharing such a detailed account of your experience with us. It's great to hear that Clive's handling of the negotiation made the offer stage feel so straightforward, and that Marie's diligent management of the conveyancing kept the whole moving process on track and stress-free. Our estate agent team takes real pride in offering expert property guidance without any pressure, and it's wonderful to know that came through from your very first viewing. Your local property knowledge and support throughout buying or selling a home should always feel this smooth, and we're delighted it did for you. Kind Regards, Balgores South Woodham Ferrers

We've genuinely enjoyed working with the Godrey and Barr team, who've managed to sell our house in Hampstead Garden Suburb within 2 months of putting it on the market. Couldn't recommend them enough!

We couldn't recommend Balgores enough, with a special mention to Paul and Marie. Paul filled us with confidence during our valuation that he wanted to sell our house, and within 5 days we were sold! Marie's communication throughout was excellent, being prompt and helpful. This was our first time selling, and it couldn't have gone better, so thank you!

The team at Godfrey and Barr worked tirelessly in a difficult market to keep showing our property until we found a buyer. They kept us informed along the way and supported us through the process. Thank you to the whole team.

Jeremy and the team were fantastic, tenacious throughout but without being pushy. Their marketing advice was spot on and ultimately they found Buyers who were willing to pay the correct price for the property. I wouldn't use anyone else for the sale of a property in their areas of coverage. 5 Stars plus

I am writing to express our appreciation for the whole Balgores estate agent team in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex . For their fantastic work in marketing and selling our home in super quick time. From the initial visit we felt in the hands of professionals and the ongoing care and attention was amazing . From the beginning Clive Ellingham was so positive and prepared to market our house enthusiastically . Our case was passed to the capable Marie Ball who tirelessly progressed not only our sale but acted for the two buyers in the chain too! We are moving next week to a new build purchase where the sales advisor said Balgores are professional and efficient - they are - well done, especially Marie who is a ⭐️
