Dear Clive, We would like to thank you so much for all your efforts on our behalf over the past years. We chose Balgores because, having heard you successfully selling our daughters property a year earlier, I was most impressed with the very professional way you went about your task. You actually sold our property three or four times only for it all to fall apart - mainly due to time delays caused by an incomplete chain above. But you "kept the faith" and proved to be absolutely right in saying to us that you would sell it for us. We were also very happy with the dedication shown by all your staff - Marie, Tom and Amy in particular - they all did whatever they said that they would do - something that does not always happen in this modern world!
