I viewed a property on line that I liked, enquired at Balgores and got a viewing next day. We spent a good time viewing and wasn’t pressured at all. We discussed on our way home and on arrival , put in an offer, handled by Clive after a short negotiation a price was agreed. Marie took over the handling of the case and with her chasing the Conveyancing activities the process was soon completed.
