Dint even bothered to reply . And on 1 occasion they said property viewings r not yet started n will contact u but after avweek so that house is already shown as let agreed n i was not even informed either way

When I engage an estate

When I engage an estate agent, I want the agent to act for me and to consider my interests a priority. The problem with Sparks Ellison is that because they like to represent everyone in the chain (seller, buyer/seller etc) their loyality is to the 'chain' rather than to the individual client. While no one wants to see a chain break, there are times when it may be better for a seller to pull out than hang around waiting indefinitely, but Sparks Ellison aren't interested in this. They don't care how long the sales take so long as they get their commission from everyone in the chain.

I felt that they under valued

I felt that they under valued our property advising that we could get a quick sale and we could then get on with our lives!! 2 further estate agents valued our property

They under value property!!! So that it is sold quickly, I sold my house for 139,900k, 4 weeks later my neighbour selling an identical house through another agent got around 10,000k more, needless to say I withdrew my property and sold it via the other agent for more money!

Found them very rude. They

Found them very rude. They advised that as I had not sold through them I was not able to even look at a house they had on the market. I felt they went out of there way to sell it to one of their own home sellers. It then all went wrong and they came back to me and asked if I was still interested. It has actually put me off ever selling through them. I did buy the house and I told the owner what had happened. They were suprised as they hadn't been told that this was how this agent worked. My advise to any one is: if you want an agent that will give you every chance possable to sell your house, don't use Sparks Ellison!

I listed a property for sale with your company, and when my friend wanted to view it through your services, he was told by your staff that scheduling a viewing would take two weeks, as he informed me. I am extremely surprised and dissatisfied with this level of service. My property is currently vacant and available for viewing at any time, and it's also listed on Rightmove. Despite this, your procedures are causing unwarranted delays. I strongly advise against listing properties with your company.
