I have been using Sparks Ellison for over 10 years for both selling, buying and rentals. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond are what keeps my custom. Their detailed overseeing of the whole process ensured that I was continually kept up to date and due to their experience they are able to deal quickly and efficiently with any problems that arise. I currently use the services of the rental team and have done so for the last 6 years, through all this time I have always received a first class service.

Although I didn't end up buying through Sparks for my recent house purchase, I have done previously and have viewed several properties of theirs. They have always been extremely professional, helpful, and proactive in helping me find a home. You feel first in the queue when a good property match is added to their portfolio, in a market where you can often feel 'forgotten' about as others somehow beat you to it. Chris acted as liaison for our purchase and I can't speak mor e highly of him. We were pretty demanding purchasers with bits and bob requests and all were granted. He was patient and obliging and never made us feel fussy even though we were a bit. I understand that time is money especially in a small business but if this level of care and extra mile is part of Sparks Ellisons MVV they are are onto a really good thing and makes all the difference to our customer experience.
