Excellent experience with Chris and the team

I dealt with Chris Bailey in both the sale and purchase of our properties and the whole end to end process was stress free and very professional. Chris not only valued our house at a price we were happy with, he arranged a number of viewings over the first weekend and we had a substantial offer within days of going to market. He was instrumental of our onward purchase and kept us up to date once solicitors were instructed. Both myself and wife have full time jobs and didn’t need to get involved once the sale and purchase were agreed which was great. I would hesitate to recommend Chris and the team at Sparks Ellison.

We have been dealing with sparks Ellison for about 15yrs. Bought a few houses and used their letting services as well. Has been a fantastic agents and I wouldn’t waste my time with other agents in Chandlers Ford. Debbie Darvill has been excellent with letting Joseph Vijayanathan
