During this time, I have found the lettings team to be extremely professional, courteous, and quick to respond to any issues raised by a tenant. All aspects of letting are first class, from the initial photographs and property description, the arrangement of the check in report ( inventory ), finding suitable tenants, assisting tenants with any issues raised during the tenancy, to the arrangement of the final check out report. Sparks Ellison have build up a team of professional tradespeople who assist with any problems raised by the tenants. These tradespeople are honest, quick to resolve any issues, and competitively priced. The inventories ( check in / check out reports ) which are arranged by Sparks Ellison but conducted by one of their suppliers are incredibly thorough.
