Sparks Ellison - Chandler's Ford

Recently sold using their services. They made the process easy and efficient. Communication was their strong point.

Amazing service, Becky was extremely helpful and polite, thank you

Excellent experience with Chris and the team

I dealt with Chris Bailey in both the sale and purchase of our properties and the whole end to end process was stress free and very professional. Chris not only valued our house at a price we were happy with, he arranged a number of viewings over the first weekend and we had a substantial offer within days of going to market. He was instrumental of our onward purchase and kept us up to date once solicitors were instructed. Both myself and wife have full time jobs and didn’t need to get involved once the sale and purchase were agreed which was great. I would hesitate to recommend Chris and the team at Sparks Ellison.

We have been renting with Sparks Ellison for the last 5 years and the interactions has been immaculate. Any issues raised were dealt with swiftly and communications were always professional. Thank you!

Great service received from the whole team whilst purchasing our new house. Victoria in particular went the extra mile to help our chain complete and was always on hand to assist in what can be a stressful situation at times. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the end to end service from the Team here.

Sold my house and my mother's house with them.
