I dealt with Chris Bailey in both the sale and purchase of our properties and the whole end to end process was stress free and very professional. Chris not only valued our house at a price we were happy with, he arranged a number of viewings over the first weekend and we had a substantial offer within days of going to market. He was instrumental of our onward purchase and kept us up to date once solicitors were instructed.
