We were kept informed throughout the whole process, meaning we were never chasing and making calls ourselves due to how pro-active they were. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

I have been using Sparks Ellison for over 10 years for both selling, buying and rentals. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond are what keeps my custom. Their detailed overseeing of the whole process ensured that I was continually kept up to date and due to their experience they are able to deal quickly and efficiently with any problems that arise. I currently use the services of the rental team and have done so for the last 6 years, through all this time I have always received a first class service.

Although I didn't end up buying through Sparks for my recent house purchase, I have done previously and have viewed several properties of theirs. They have always been extremely professional, helpful, and proactive in helping me find a home. You feel first in the queue when a good property match is added to their portfolio, in a market where you can often feel 'forgotten' about as others somehow beat you to it. It's a shame we couldn't send some business their way this time around.

We recently bought a house and Sparkes Ellison was the Vendor's Estate Agents. I honestly hope that Adam and Mark pinch themselves that they have someone of the calibre of Chris Bailey. Chris acted as liaison for our purchase and I can't speak mor e highly of him. We were pretty demanding purchasers with bits and bob requests and all were granted. He was patient and obliging and never made us feel fussy even though we were a bit. I understand that time is money especially in a small business but if this level of care and extra mile is part of Sparks Ellisons MVV they are are onto a really good thing and makes all the difference to our customer experience. We felt totally taken care of during a pretty stressful time. We also received a beautiful bunch of flowers and hand signed good luck card. Well done everyone. You are a great bunch.

It started with Adam providing a balanced but positive assessment of my house, he backed up his reasoning and I went with his suggestion. Chris, Tom, Zoe, Kim and the rest of the team who interacted with my sale were so responsive, concise and on my side from day 1. I had circa 14 viewings in 5 days and multiple offers and over achieved on what I thought would be the end result. Finished off nicely with Mark closing out for me. FYI I have dealt with 3 other agents previously now based in Chandlers Ford (horrible experience with the recent edition a few years back) and this experience with S&E was the best agency experience I have had.
