All aspects of letting are first class, from the initial photographs and property description, the arrangement of the check in report ( inventory ), finding suitable tenants, assisting tenants with any issues raised during the tenancy, to the arrangement of the final check out report. These tradespeople are honest, quick to resolve any issues, and competitively priced. The inventories ( check in / check out reports ) which are arranged by Sparks Ellison but conducted by one of their suppliers are incredibly thorough. The sale of my house took much longer than expected due to 2020 being a difficult year for everyone.
