Have used Sparks Elison for more than 5 years as a letting agent. I have never had any issues which would derer me from continuing this very good professional relationship. The Lettings Director, Debbie Darvill , has superb knowledge of the lettings industry and has kept me informed of issues which I should be aware . She and her team are able to put in place any changes that are legally required of me and do so in a timely and responsive fashion. I have also used Sparks Elison to obtain valuations. Unlike many other Estate Agents they do not try to charm potential clients by giving unrealistic valuations which are highly unlikely to be acieved.. They are totally professional.
