Having purchased and sold a few houses I get frustrated with the sale sale sale mentality many estate agents have. Sparks Ellison are not like that at all. I was impressed with how non pushy they were. I wasn't rushed into viewing properties or using their mortgage adviser and they actually listened and tailored their service to my needs and requirements. Chris gave me regular updates and sold my house within a week. The whole team were faultless and I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my friends and family.
