This is an unbiased and honest reflection of my experiences with Sparks Ellison... If someone were to ask me ‘Has there ever been a company you have been associated with that you could truly trust, place up on a pedestal and give a *****+ (five star +) rating without any doubt?’ The answer would be yes, I have and it is indeed ‘Sparks Ellison’ - The number one Independent Sales and Letting Estate Agents based in Chandlers Ford are simply outstanding and the reason I can say this without hesitation is this, not only have I successfully sold a property through them with undeniable ease I took one step further and was employed as a sales negotiator for the company - albeit not ideal in relation to work travel - but an opportunity I would not have turned away. My role included busy ‘back to back viewings’ as they monopolised the area with their market share of homes but also I would spent time in the office, immaculately presented, experiencing a fast paced committed team of exceptional people, valuing loyalty as a high priority to the client, chasing results and synchronising like clockwork to provide a service second to none!..... Now you may well ask ....is there not a ‘reality check’ button we press from time to time? - an understanding that nothing can possibly run ‘perfectly’ in any form of professional or business environment at all times and especially in difficult and stressful circumstances with the transaction of buying and selling a home - arguably Sparks Ellison are not exempt from this - however they will ensure that in trying situations they will not stop in their pursuit of completing demanding tasks in a sale, purchase or let to reach that end resulting goal for you.... At this point in my praise, If there was any negative to divulge with this ‘success story’ that began with Adam and Mark coming together as a formidable team 17 years ago - was on a rare occasion when there was a suggestion about ‘a level of arrogance’ the Company had ‘exuded.’ My response was this - having experienced their work ethic - do not misinterpret this display as anything other than highly motivated and productive individuals that are undeniably confident and passionate with their achievements and not afraid to express them in a self-assured way with the services they provide. The reason I can state my case confidently as an employee as well as a customer is this .... It was indeed a bittersweet moment when I left the company, albeit I was on excellent terms with my fellow colleagues who became great friends too, (due to none other than family commitments and needing to be closer to home) that I accepted a position of employment with a corporate estate agency in my hometown. Obviously I will not disclose anything more than it ran at a respectable level however the invaluable skills, knowledge and expertise I had been taught from my time at Sparks Ellison outclassed any service I could offer on a personal level with a corporate company so stuck to setting targets whilst lacking the time for essential customer-care.
