We recently bought a house and Sparkes Ellison was the Vendor's Estate Agents. I honestly hope that Adam and Mark pinch themselves that they have someone of the calibre of Chris Bailey. Chris acted as liaison for our purchase and I can't speak mor e highly of him. We were pretty demanding purchasers with bits and bob requests and all were granted.
