We didn't move with Sparks Ellison but they acted for the sellers of the house we bought. We were very impressed with their professionalism and communication. Having spent the best part of two years trying to find a new home I can’t recommend Sparks Ellison enough. They were so brilliant in keeping in touch and keeping me informed of properties that were coming onto the market and then helping me secure my new home. Not only does she have extensive knowledge and understanding of the lettings market/industry but she also has people skills above any I have known. She always goes above and beyond. We had previously rented with Sparks for 4 years, no problems, great service etc; after finding what we thought was a perfect house we moved agents. This was the worse mistake of our life! After 4 months of hell with another agent we came straight back to Debbie and she worked tirelessly to find a solution for our family.
