I have dealt with Debbie Darvill for the last 10 years and can say Debbie is highly professional, thorough, caring and friendly. I have recently been dealing with Debbie’s colleague Rebecca Gleeson and find Becky to be exactly the same, it must be the Sparks Ellison family thing! I will never go anywhere else! Debbie Darvil is a Knight is shining armour and a true asset to Sparks Ellison. Not only does she have extensive knowledge and understanding of the lettings market/industry but she also has people skills above any I have known. She always goes above and beyond. We had previously rented with Sparks for 4 years, no problems, great service etc; after finding what we thought was a perfect house we moved agents. This was the worse mistake of our life! After 4 months of hell with another agent we came straight back to Debbie and she worked tirelessly to find a solution for our family. She communicated with us, was empathetic, went above and beyond and was a genuine humanbeing which was a breath of freshair after the extreamly questionable service from another agent. Debbie matched us with the perfect family home, organised a meeting with the landlord and held our hand every step of the way to make sure everyone was happy. Everything was done in a timely fashion. She was extreamly understanding of the situation and went above and beyond to reassure us and help us in any way she could. We will never leave Sparks again! No other agent even comes close to the level of service which they provide. I can't recommend them enough!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Debbie.

I recently sold and purchased a house through Sparks Ellison. As soon as I walked into the office it felt like I was in a friendly and professional environment. Having purchased and sold a few houses I get frustrated with the sale sale sale mentality many estate agents have. Sparks Ellison are not like that at all. I was impressed with how non pushy they were. I wasn't rushed into viewing properties or using their mortgage adviser and they actually listened and tailored their service to my needs and requirements. I've used Sparks Ellison multiple times since they opened - buying three properties and selling four with them. I have always found them to be responsive and professional. They are also honest and transparent and their pricing is spot on for the market. Very recently I have also rented a property through them and again they have been nothing but professional and responsive. I believe they do a great job managing that fine line of acting in the best interests of both buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants. I would recommend them every time.

Superb service from beginning to end. Buying/Selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences ever - however Sparks Ellison have a wonderful, experience and professional team to ensure that the ship is sailing as smoothly as possible at all times. What I particularly like is communication - this is key and Sparks Ellison are fantastic at 'keeping you in the loop' at all stages. All the staff are highly experienced and know Chandlers Ford like the back of their hand - they also do a huge amount for the community and so praise to them for that.

Sparks Ellison are very professional, friendly and efficient. We would not use any other estate agent. They listen to your requirements and do their very best to find you the property you are really looking for. They keep you updated in what can sometimes be a stressful transaction and you always feel in the loop. Great Service and a great company!!
