Had a great experience buying a flat with them. Worked mainly with Mark but spoke to most of the team at some point and they were all very professional, friendly and kept things moving. Mark in particular was of great help, I'd email him and within a couple of hours he'd call me with responses from the other parties.

I've used Sparks Ellison multiple times since they opened - buying three properties and selling four with them. I have always found them to be responsive and professional. They are also honest and transparent and their pricing is spot on for the market. Very recently I have also rented a property through them and again they have been nothing but professional and responsive. Superb service from beginning to end. Buying/Selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences ever - however Sparks Ellison have a wonderful, experience and professional team to ensure that the ship is sailing as smoothly as possible at all times. What I particularly like is communication - this is key and Sparks Ellison are fantastic at 'keeping you in the loop' at all stages.
