A very pro active firm in selling your property and responding to any problems arising and we had a few along the way, caused by other people's circumstances over which we had no control. Chris Bailey was absolutely terrific in smoothing over problems, and letting us bend his ear in our frustrations. We also found Tom Evans very helpful and approachable. A friendly, receptive team and very knowledgeable in their trade and the area. Sparks Ellison truly does what it says on the tin: local, loyal and trustworthy.

Having been impressed at our initial meeting with Adam Sparks and his professional and honest approach, we instructed Sparks Ellison to conduct the sale of our property. There were difficult moments during the sale but expertly and efficiently dealt with, initially by Kim Rushton at the buyer viewing stage and subsequently by Victoria Robertson who progressed the sale. We have been really impressed by the hard work put in by all the staff that we dealt with and especially Victoria, with whom we had a lot of conversations. I used Sparks Ellison to sell my primary property when moving abroad some 16 years ago and everything went extremely smoothly. I wanted to sell my buy-to-let property in the UK this year and had no hesitation in going straight back to SE to facilitate this. Doing anything "at distance" is always a challenge, even in this day of online everything, but I have been more than happy with everything the team at SE have done to make the sale seamless and easy. The advice and professional attitude whilst remaining obliging and friendly was exemplary and with me being remote, they were more than happy to assist in some tasks (like collecting mail) that were impossible for me to do myself. We recently had to sell a property belonging to a member of our family. As we were selling as Executors we were very unsure of the process or what needed to be done. I don't often write reviews, but thought I would do so as I have received such excellent service from the wider team at Sparks Elison. I bought our dream house 7 years ago from S.E. and at the time needed to rent out of previous home to ensure the sale went through. The rental was arranged and managed by Debbie the Lettings director, same Tennant for 7 years a testament to where we live. We decided last year to sell this house and after the tenants moved in March we received advice to market our home from Adam. We took on board all advice and sold the house from the first round of viewings having received 3 offers. Thank you to all the team and a special call out to Victoria for here communication between the client and ourselves. I will never go anywhere else! Debbie Darvil is a Knight is shining armour and a true asset to Sparks Ellison. Not only does she have extensive knowledge and understanding of the lettings market/industry but she also has people skills above any I have known. She always goes above and beyond. We had previously rented with Sparks for 4 years, no problems, great service etc; after finding what we thought was a perfect house we moved agents. This was the worse mistake of our life! After 4 months of hell with another agent we came straight back to Debbie and she worked tirelessly to find a solution for our family. She communicated with us, was empathetic, went above and beyond and was a genuine humanbeing which was a breath of freshair after the extreamly questionable service from another agent. Debbie matched us with the perfect family home, organised a meeting with the landlord and held our hand every step of the way to make sure everyone was happy. Everything was done in a timely fashion. She was extreamly understanding of the situation and went above and beyond to reassure us and help us in any way she could. We will never leave Sparks again! Although we didn't move and use Sparkes in the end, the service we received was professional but friendly. Adam got to know us before assuming we knew nothing and and we felt there was something more about their service than just selling our house. We would definitely ask them for help when our situation changes again.
