Great service all round. Its easy to sell a house in the current market and that was handled well but the real value came from Victoria handling the complex after sales where chain fell through, then was fixed, then wobbled and eventually got over the line. Patient help for what is one of the most stressfult things you can do in life, especially when you have found your forever home. Recommended

After an initial shaky start with the website, which I felt had limited search options, I have now spoken to Victoria on the Sparks Ellison team and have discussed these issues. She was very helpful in helping me set up a detailed search for properties and has put me in contact with a financial guidance team. Keep up the good work and if I find that perfect house I'll upgrade to 5 Star. Updated, we have now exchanged contacts on our house and are close to our move date. Allthough this process was a lengthy one which has taken 12 months, this was not to the fault of Sparks-Ellison and more to do with the high demand and competetive nature of this area. All negotiations and procedures carried out by Sparks-Ellison and the staff therein were carried out with the highest level of professionalism.

We just had to say a huge thank you everyone at Sparks Ellison. From beginning to end of an exceptionally difficult sale at times which seemed never to end the team were professional, efficient and courteous. The fact we do not live in the UK made things seem much more difficult for us but there was always someone at the end of the phone with expert knowledge to ease our worries. Never at anytime was anything too much trouble, especially Victoria who went the extra mile for us. We have no hesitation what's so ever in recommending such a wonderful team to anyone looking to sale or buy a property. We have just sold a property with Sparks Ellison, having been let down by another agent who had the property for six weeks without a sale. We became aware of some very unprofessional dealings by the previous agent and it was clear the property had been over-valued, probably to maximise commission if successful. Having spent the best part of two years trying to find a new home I can’t recommend Sparks Ellison enough. They were so brilliant in keeping in touch and keeping me informed of properties that were coming onto the market and then helping me secure my new home.
