We have been delighted with Sparks Ellison’s service. They were very effective in selling our house and finding us a suitable house to purchase, but what should not be underestimated is their exceptional skill in pushing the conveyancing process along up and down the chain. Tying all of these aspects together is a great team, without which the process would suffer. Everyone we spoke to at every stage was very keen to help as much as possible. A very pro active firm in selling your property and responding to any problems arising and we had a few along the way, caused by other people's circumstances over which we had no control. I used Sparks Ellison to sell my primary property when moving abroad some 16 years ago and everything went extremely smoothly. Not only does she have extensive knowledge and understanding of the lettings market/industry but she also has people skills above any I have known. She always goes above and beyond. We had previously rented with Sparks for 4 years, no problems, great service etc; after finding what we thought was a perfect house we moved agents. This was the worse mistake of our life!
