Having spent the best part of two years trying to find a new home I can’t recommend Sparks Ellison enough. They were so brilliant in keeping in touch and keeping me informed of properties that were coming onto the market and then helping me secure my new home. All staff were really helpful but special mention to Victoria.

We have been delighted with Sparks Ellison’s service. They were very effective in selling our house and finding us a suitable house to purchase, but what should not be underestimated is their exceptional skill in pushing the conveyancing process along up and down the chain. Tying all of these aspects together is a great team, without which the process would suffer. Everyone we spoke to at every stage was very keen to help as much as possible. We really did feel that any issues that we were facing were taken on wholeheartedly by the team and their best efforts were always employed to resolve them. All in all, they are a class act.

After 4 months of hell with another agent we came straight back to Debbie and she worked tirelessly to find a solution for our family. She communicated with us, was empathetic, went above and beyond and was a genuine humanbeing which was a breath of freshair after the extreamly questionable service from another agent. Debbie matched us with the perfect family home, organised a meeting with the landlord and held our hand every step of the way to make sure everyone was happy. Everything was done in a timely fashion. She was extreamly understanding of the situation and went above and beyond to reassure us and help us in any way she could. We will never leave Sparks again!
